Returns Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we're here to help. 

1. Returns Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it 
• In the original packaging 
• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date 

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including: 

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective) 

2. Return Process 

To initiate a return: 

• Contact us at enquiries@sprsuppliesltd.com with your order number and reason for return. 
• We will respond with return instructions, including a return authorization (if applicable). 
• Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If this is the case, then we will provide you with a shipping label from our shipping provider Royal Mail. Please use their website for Royal Mail drop off points. 

3. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: 

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 
• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account. 

4. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at enquiries@sprsuppliesltd.com.  

5. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet: 

• Check your bank or credit card statement again. 
• Contact your bank/credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
• If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@sprsuppliesltd.com.
