These Terms apply to:

• purchases of Juicy Blast Hanging Card Air Fresheners made through our official listings on:
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • TikTok Shop

Marketplace purchases may also be subject to the relevant platform’s own terms and buyer protection policies. These Terms apply alongside them and do not affect your statutory rights.

3. Definitions

• Consumer: An individual buying for personal use only.
• Business Customer: Any customer purchasing for resale, wholesale, trade, or business use.
• Products: Juicy Blast Hanging Card Air Fresheners.
• Order: Your request to purchase Products.
• Contract: The agreement formed once we accept your Order.

You must not misuse this website or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission. All branding, images, and content are the intellectual property of SPR Supplies Ltd.

2. Packaging, colours, and designs may vary between batches.
3. Fragrance longevity varies depending on environment and usage.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Website Orders

A contract is formed when we accept your order and/or dispatch your goods.

Marketplace Orders

Orders placed via Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop are processed through those platforms’ checkout systems and policies.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

7. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• VAT is included where applicable unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed via the website or the relevant Marketplace.

8. Delivery

• Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates only.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off)

Consumers buying online have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, with a further 14 days to return them.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

Returned items must be unused and resaleable. A deduction may be made for excessive handling.

10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with order details and photos. Remedies will be provided in line with UK consumer law.

11. Trade & Wholesale Terms (Business Customers)

These terms apply where Products are purchased for resale or business use.

11.1 Trade Eligibility

Trade pricing is available only to approved Business Customers. Proof of business may be required. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate trade accounts.

11.2 Orders & Minimum Quantities

Minimum order quantities and pricing are confirmed separately. Orders are binding once accepted.

11.3 Trade Pricing & Payment

• Trade prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in advance unless written credit terms are agreed.
• Late payments may result in suspended supply and statutory interest.

11.4 Delivery & Risk (Trade)

• Delivery charges apply unless agreed otherwise.
• Risk passes on delivery.
• Shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

11.5 No Cooling-Off for Business Customers

Business Customers do not have consumer cancellation rights. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted except at our discretion.

11.6 Returns & 15% Restocking Fee

1. Trade returns are accepted only where:
   • goods are faulty;
   • goods were supplied incorrectly; or
   • return is agreed in writing in advance.

         2. Returns for change of mind are not accepted as of right.

         3. Where a return is authorised for reasons other than fault or incorrect supply

• a 15% restocking (stock-back) fee applies;
• original delivery charges are non-refundable;
• return shipping is the Business Customer’s responsibility;
• goods must be unused, in original packaging, resaleable, with all labels intact.

         4. No restocking fee applies to verified faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

11.7 Resale & Compliance

Business Customers must not repackage, relabel, or modify Products and must comply with all applicable laws and marketplace rules.

11.8 Liability & Indemnity (Trade)

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. Business Customers indemnify SPR Supplies Ltd against losses arising from misuse or non-compliant resale.

12. Product Safety

• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with dashboards, plastics, fabrics, and painted surfaces.
• Hang securely and do not obstruct vision or airbags.
• Follow all packaging warnings.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law. Liability is otherwise limited to the price paid.

14. Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of order applies.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
